Friday, May 17 from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM at the DeWitt High School Commons (enter on the west side of the school - Main Entrance), or on the day of the race at the DeWitt High School from 7:00 AM until 15 minutes prior to the start of the race.

The easiest access to the Start and Finish lines will be through parking near the DeWitt High School.
There are several major road construction projects in progress in the DeWitt area. If arriving from out of town, please use the Airport Road Exit (Exit 84) from I-69. Turn onto Airport Road northbound, then turn right (eastbound) on Clark Road, and then turn left (northbound) on Schavey Road to Pride Drive.
All event traffic will enter the venue from Schavey Road and Pride Drive. North Panther and South Panther will be closed to incoming traffic. All traffic is to exit via South Panther.
South Panther will be closed to northbound traffic until all 10K and Half Marathon participants have cleared the area.
The start of the half marathon and 10K is on the southwest side of DeWitt High School. The 5K starts on the path on the northeast side of DeWitt High School. The half marathon and 10K begin south-bound and the 5K begins east-bound. The start of the All Abilities race will use the same start line as the half marathon and 10K.
The 5K, 10K, and half marathaon will all finish on the path on the northeast side of DeWitt High School.
The All Abilities race will use the half marathon / 10K start line as their finish line.
Yes. The races are chip timed. The 5K, 10K and Half Marathon will have a mat across the start and finish lines to register your time. A chip in your race bib will note your time when you cross the mat.
Results can be accessed real-time via a QR code to scan with your phone or via RunSignUp. Final results will be posted on the race website.
There is no gear check or secured location for personal items at this event.
Because the proceeds of the race are donated to charity, we are unable to provide refunds. However, we do allow bib transfers to another person.

Yes, race changes are permitted. Changes can be made, prior to the race, online at RunSignUp, or by contacting the race director. There are no refunds provided to change races and the racer will be required to pay any difference for the current cost of the race that is entered.
